Doctors always prefer everyone to take a diet which includes as much as nutritious food that they can. This will help to keep your body healthy, improves the metabolism process in our body and prevent the attack of diseases. Nutrients are mainly classified into 7. They are carbohydrates, fats, fiber, minerals, protein, vitamins and water. Always try to include food which is rich in all these nutrients mentioned above. Most of the fruits and vegetables, milk, egg contains almost all these nutrients.

A balanced diet which contains all the major nutrients like carbohydrate, fibers, vitamins and minerals will provide your body with sufficient energy. This is very similar to how your vehicle works when fuel is given properly. There are many people who are prone to diseases due to malnutrition.

Foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts, dairy products, grains, pulses contain more amounts of nutrients. The main form of energy is fat and carbohydrates. Make sure to include as many food containing carbohydrates in your daily diet. Body digests food rich in carbohydrates very easily. Foods like rice, wheat, and other grain based food are rich in carbohydrates. Fiber rich food mainly prevents constipation, diabetes etc. Some of the fiber rich foods are cereals, orange, bananas, carrots and green leafy vegetables like spinach.

Protein is an essential nutrient because it helps in the preparation of amino acids in our body and also helps in muscle repair. It also helps the body to produce antibodies. Most of the vegetables and dairy products are found to be richer in Protein. More protein intake also creates problem in our body.

Vitamins help to improve the functioning of most of the cells and tissues in our body. It also helps in the growth, immune system, and development of the body. Many types of food are required for the well functioning of our body.
